Logistics/Delivery Policy

1. Scope and Applicability

  • This Logistics/Delivery Policy (“Policy”) applies to orders for PeaceBio products placed on peacebioa60.com (the “Site”).
  • It describes order processing, available shipping methods, delivery times, costs, tracking, customs and import responsibilities, and procedures for damaged, lost, or missing shipments.

2. Business Days and Processing Time

  • “Business days” means Monday through Friday, excluding federal and company‑observed holidays.
  • Order processing time: Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment authorization. Processing includes payment verification, fraud checks, packing, and handoff to carrier. Processing times may be longer during peak seasons, sales, or promotions.
  • Cutoff times: Orders placed before [Insert local cutoff time, e.g., 3:00 PM PT] on a business day may begin processing the same day. Orders placed after the cutoff or on non‑business days will be processed the next business day.

3. Shipping Methods, Carriers, and Delivery Estimates

  • Domestic (U.S.): We ship via major carriers including USPS, UPS, and FedEx. Available service levels may include Standard Ground, Expedited (2‑3 day), and Next‑Day (where offered).   • International: International shipping is available to select countries via carriers such as DHL, UPS, FedEx, or USPS International. International transit times vary widely (typically 7–21 business days) depending on destination, customs clearance, and local delivery networks.
  • Delivery estimates provided at checkout are estimates only and do not include processing time or delays due to customs, weather, or carrier events.

4. Shipping Costs, Free Shipping, and Promotions

  • Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on destination, weight/volume, shipping method chosen, and any promotions in effect.
  • Free standard shipping promotions (if any) are subject to a minimum order value and to the delivery methods and geographic restrictions specified during the promotion. PeaceBio reserves the right to cancel or modify promotions in accordance with applicable law.

5. Order Changes, Cancellations, and Address Corrections

  • Order changes or cancellations: Requests to change or cancel an order should be submitted immediately to support@peacebioa60.com. If the order has not yet shipped, we will attempt to accommodate the request. Once an order has shipped, cancellation is not guaranteed and standard return procedures apply.
  • Address corrections: Please ensure shipping address accuracy at checkout. If you provide an incorrect shipping address, contact us immediately. If the package has not yet shipped, we will attempt to update the address. If already shipped, rerouting is subject to carrier policies and may incur additional fees assessed to the customer.

6. Partial Shipments and Backorders

  • Items in a single order may ship separately depending on inventory and fulfillment locations. You will not be charged additional shipping for authorized split shipments except as disclosed at checkout.
  • Backorders: If an item is temporarily out of stock, we will notify you and provide an estimated restock date. You may cancel backordered items prior to shipment for a full refund.

7. Tracking and Delivery Confirmation

  • Tracking: Once your order ships, we will email a tracking number and carrier details. Use the carrier’s tracking to monitor delivery.
  • Delivery confirmation: Carrier tracking typically provides delivery confirmation. If a signature is required (for high‑value items or at our discretion), the carrier will obtain one at delivery.

8. Receipt, Inspection and Proof of Delivery

  • Inspect on receipt: Customers should inspect packages immediately upon delivery. For visible damage, note the damage on the carrier’s delivery record and take photos of the package, label, and contents.
  • Timely notification: For damaged shipments, contact PeaceBio within forty‑eight (48) hours of delivery at support@peacebioa60.com with photos and order details to begin a damage claim or replacement. For missing shipments, contact PeaceBio within fourteen (14) days from the expected delivery date.

9. Lost, Stolen or Damaged Shipments; Carrier Claims

  • Lost or stolen packages: PeaceBio will assist in investigating lost or stolen packages with the carrier. PeaceBio is not responsible for packages delivered to the correct address but stolen after delivery; customers may seek recourse with the carrier or local authorities.
  • Damaged in transit: For confirmed transit damage, PeaceBio will, at our option, provide a refund or replacement after inspection and carrier claim resolution. Customers must retain the packaging and provide the requested evidence.
  • Shipping insurance: PeaceBio may provide standard carrier insurance; optional additional insurance may be offered at checkout. Fees for optional insurance are the customer's responsibility.

10. International Shipments, Customs, Duties, and Taxes

  • Customs, import duties, taxes, and brokerage fees are the recipient’s responsibility unless PeaceBio expressly states otherwise. Delivery times may be extended for customs clearance.
  • Import restrictions: Some products may be restricted or prohibited from import into certain countries. PeaceBio will notify customers if a destination is restricted. PeaceBio is not responsible for seizure or disposal of goods by customs authorities.
  • Currency and pricing: International orders may be billed in USD. Bank or card issuer fees for currency conversion are the customer’s responsibility.

11. Restricted or Hazardous Items

  • Some product formulations or packaging (e.g., aerosols, products containing restricted solvents or certain concentrations of alcohol) may be subject to carrier restrictions and special handling or may be prohibited for air carriage.
  • PeaceBio will comply with applicable carrier and hazardous material regulations and will notify customers if a product cannot be shipped to a particular destination or requires special arrangements.

12. Delivery to P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO Addresses

  • P.O. Boxes: USPS P.O. Boxes are accepted for standard U.S. shipping. Private carrier delivery to P.O. Boxes may be restricted; choose USPS when shipping to a P.O. Box.
  • APO/FPO/DPO: We can ship to U.S. military addresses (APO/FPO) via USPS international services where available; delivery timing is subject to military mail procedures.

13. Shipping Delays and Force Majeure

  • Delays: Delivery times are estimates. PeaceBio is not responsible for delays caused by carrier delays, weather, natural disasters, strikes, customs holds, pandemics, government actions, or other events beyond PeaceBio’s reasonable control.
  • Force majeure: In the event of force majeure, PeaceBio may suspend or modify fulfillment and delivery obligations without liability.

14. Failure to Accept Delivery

  • If delivery is refused or cannot be completed due to an incorrect address, absence, or customer refusal, the customer may be responsible for return shipping and re‑delivery fees.
  • Returned orders are subject to return processing and any applicable restocking or handling fees.

15. Privacy and Shipment Data

  • Shipping requires the collection of personal data (name, address, phone). PeaceBio processes such data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
  • Carrier tracking and delivery may provide personal data to third parties for the purpose of fulfillment.

16. Liability Limitation

  • Except as required by applicable consumer protection law, PeaceBio’s liability for shipping‑related issues is limited to the remedies set forth in this Policy, our Warranty Policy, or as otherwise expressly provided.
  • PeaceBio is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses resulting from delivery issues.
