Refund and Return Policy

1. Return Request

  • You may request a return within 7 days of receipt. Items must be unused and in original packaging.
  • In the event of a quality issue, please contact customer service for assistance. Return shipping costs for defective items will be reimbursed.

 

2. Refund Process

  • After receiving and inspecting the returned goods, we will process your refund via the original payment method within 7 business days.
  • If your payment method does not support original refunds, alternative methods will be arranged.

 

3. Non-refundable Items

  • Custom goods, sale items, and used/opened products (for non-quality reasons) are not eligible for return.

 

4. Special Notes

  • For non-quality-related returns, the buyer is responsible for shipping.
  • Repeated abuse of the return policy may lead to service refusal.
  • Buyers are advised to use traceable logistics; return risks are borne by the customer.
